Pete helped my husband and myself sell our condo, very very fast.. after just less than a week on the market !!! He is very professional and has very good work ethics. He knows the market very well and knows how to hit a home run… From listing to closing, it was a very smooth transaction where Pete was leading the work and taking care of all the details with professionalism and attention to details. I can not say enough about Peter! We had our property listed with another agent for over a year. After talking with Peter I knew immediately that we needed to give the listing to him once our contract was up. He is extremely easy to talk to and I felt that I had someone that we could trust to handle selling our lot for us. Within two weeks we had two offers and was able to come to an agreement on the second offer. From start to finish Peter was great! As soon as he listed the lot, he gave us realistic comps and told us what he was going to do to get it sold! Peter was amazing throughout the process of closing. He took care of everything from contacting a lawyer, making sure we received the paper work so we could close from out of town, and following up to make sure we were pleased with the process. We had a great experience buying our new home with Peter as our agent. He is very personable and was super helpful throughout the process. Peter is professional, kind and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we were looking for. We felt very comfortable with him. He has followed up with us and made sure we always had an open communication. If we had to do a rating of 1 to 10, he would get a 10!
