08/22/16I had the pleasure of working with Pete earlier this summer as he assisted us in the sale of our Myrtle Beach townhouse. I had originally contacted two other agents (referred to us by friends) about serving as our listing agent. However, when neither of those agents returned my phone messages, I called and spoke with Pete. I feel very fortunate to have made that call. I spoke with Pete on a Thursday afternoon and he offered to meet us at his office at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Before we even met, Pete had done his homework. Pete had researched other comps in the area and developed a pricing strategy that he felt would maximize our sales price. He presented us with all of this information in a clear and concise fashion – all within 24 hours of our first phone call. Peter listened to what we wanted and showed us appropriate listings. He gave clear and useful advice when we were ready to put in an offer. We never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. Pete was recommended by a friend. We desperately needed someone to rely on since we live out of state. We’d had a horrible experience with another real estate agency and he assured us he’d take care of us. At any time, if we were not satisfied with his performance, we could end the contract. We signed with Pete. He told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house sold. He had contacts for every other service we needed, including cleaning and pictures that were professionally done. Within three days we had a solid contract on the house. It sold and closed within thirty days. Pete’s recommendations during the entire process showed he had our best interest in mind. Sitell was selected based on previous reviews posted on different websites. This was our first visit to Myrtle beach and I was looking for a beach front property since I wanted a place by the beach. Sitell followed up on properties we looked up and suggested additional ones to look at while we were at Myrtle Beach. Keeping it short we bought a property that met our needs. Sitell worked on helping us with the lawyer, the inspection and whatever else was needed since we were back in New York after having decided on the purchase.
