Why just hire an agent?

Far and away the best agent I could have asked for. This is the tenth home I have purchased and have never had an agent willing to work like Pete did. In my experience most just want to do the paperwork and collect a check. Pete put in effort that absolutely surprised and impressed me. I don’t give strong recommendations lightly but in this case it’s a no brainer. Do yourself a favor and let him work for you. I’m positive you will be thrilled. Thank you Pete!

Dana Keip was the most tenacious, absolutely awesome , over delivering realtor I have ever met. My house would not of been obtained without her, period. She gave us an amazing mortgage company and lawyer who all together was called the dream team, because they all overachieved and got me something a lot of people failed at, our house in Myrtle Beach, for that I’m forever grateful, She is a rockstar and still has been helping us way after we closed which is amazing because we are from out of state, can’t say enough about her and how much we appreciate her, we were soooo lucky to get her, it was meant to be and we now think of her as our friend!

Not only did Pete find us our dream home, but he sold our previous home in 4 days!! Pete told us from the get-go what we needed to do to get the ball rolling. This was our first time selling a home. Once we were ready he lined us up with all the right people to get the job done promptly. He showed us around to numerous properties for fun but he knew exactly which house was our dream home! We couldn’t be happier with our experience. #petesoldit 🙂

If you are looking for the perfect realtor, Allison is the way to go! She was very responsive and always on top of her game. She made the experience easy and enjoyable. Loved working with her.

My husband and have been working with Pete for quite awhile since job requirements made it necessary for us to wait before purchasing a home here. Pete has been beyond helpful in our search for our home. He has been extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. Once we picked our property, which turned out to be new construction, he helped us every step of the way. He made himself available whenever we had questions or concerns. We could not have been more pleased with the home we picked thanks to Pete. If you want someone who will go above and beyond, Peter Sollecito is that person.

I can honestly say Pete is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. (This was my 8th transaction both in PA and SC). His response time is amazing. Pete is honest, caring, and truly had my best interests at all times. I had two offers within 24 hours of listing. Pete was with me every step of the way. I highly recommend him to not only locals but transplants as well. #petesoldit

This was the first house we bought and Pete made the process simple and stress free. After hearing horror stories from friends about buying a house we didn’t know what to expect going into this. Pete made the process enjoyable, he was there when we needed him, and he was extremely pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He is just an all around great person.

Pete was extremely diligent in selling our home and finding a new home for us. He was available anytime day or night to answer questions or deal with situational freak outs 🙂 I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell!

Pete was a calming presence to a very stressful move during our constantly changing dates of closing our out of state home. He was always available to help, very knowledgeable and personable. We felt very confident in his decision making in helping us find the best home for our money. He is dedicated to helping his clients be happy and comfortable with the process from start to finish in buying a new home. He knows alot of people to refer you to such as attorneys and mortgage company personnel that will help guide you.
