Sitell is wonderful. She always made herself available for any questions or concerns that we had. She was a pleasure to work with. She sold our Condo in 3 hours and made sure we had all documents sent to us as quickly as possible.

We went into our first home buying experience expecting it to be stressful, but that was not the case with Pete. He was very down to earth and helpful in our search for the perfect home. If we had a question, he was always quick to reply. If we had to do it again, Pete would be our guy for sure!

We contacted Tiffany before we came down to SC for vacation/house hunting. She showed us several homes that met our criteria. We wanted to see one a second time on the day before Thanksgiving and she made that happen. We made the offer and she helped with all the details and was responsive to our requests in a timely manner. In addition she made the whole experience a lot of fun. We moved in and she checked in on us. Working with Tiffany was a great experience. My husband said she can have more then all the stars!

Pete was so attentive and patient. He only brought me properties that matched my needs and took all of my ideas into consideration. He helped me get the mortgage representiative and other things that made closing a breeze! Pete was with us every step of the way! Our family loves Pete!

Pete was amazing from start to finish on the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. He sold our home in 4 days and found us our dream home! Pete kept up on every detail and request we had and made the entire process go smooth. I recommend Pete to anyone who is looking for the best service and professional approach!
